Earnings & payouts shows every commission you have earned, your balance in four boxes, your withdrawals, and when the next payout goes out.
The four boxes

| On the way | Earned but still waiting (see below). Each row shows the date it becomes available. |

What each commission row says

Why money waits before it is available
- Student commission waits a short holding period, in case the payment is refunded.
- Instructor and campus commission is added up for each month and becomes available after that month is over.
- Team commission becomes available together with the student sale it came from.
- Bonuses and prizes are available as soon as they are added.
Row statuses
- On the wayWaiting; shows "from" and the date.
- AvailableCleared and ready: counted in the Available box.
- RequestedIn a payout being sent.
- PaidSent to you.
- CancelledThe payment was refunded or reversed, or the commission broke the rules. It is not paid.
Why is Available zero when I have commission?
New commission is On the way until its holding period or month is over. Check the date on each row.
Why was a commission cancelled?
The student's payment was refunded or reversed, or NSDP found it broke the agreement (for example a self-referral).
I can't see older commissions.
The page lists your latest 50. Your monthly statements in Settings list every commission for any month.
Do the Referrals and Earnings pages agree?
Yes. A student enrolment on Referrals carries the same status chip as its row on Earnings & payouts, and a cancelled one is struck through on both.
