Each live programme runs in batches. Whether you can join a batch depends on its registration state and its seats; once you are in, your place in the batch has its own status.
Batch registration states
What each status means
- Not launchedRegistration hasn't opened yet. In-person (campus) batches always start here until they are launched. Check back later.
- Registration openYou can register while seats remain and before any closing date.
- Registration closedNo new registrations: closed by the organisers, all seats taken, or the closing date passed.
- A batch that closed because it filled up stays closed even if someone later drops out, unless the organisers reopen it.
- A batch can also stop taking registrations if it is cancelled or finished.
- Online batches that the organisers haven't launched or closed by hand follow a simpler rule: open while the batch is upcoming or running and seats remain.
Seats and seat limits
- The programme page shows each batch's Seats when it has a limit. Students who are enrolled or have completed the batch take up seats.
- Checkout checks the batch when you start paying. If it's full you see This batch is full. and nothing is charged.
- Once your payment is confirmed (online) or approved (bank transfer), you get your seat, even if the batch filled up in the meantime.
- A free batch gives you the seat immediately, as long as one is left. If two people take the last seat at the same moment, one gets This batch is full.
While your payment is being checked
A bank transfer that is still being checked doesn't hold a seat and doesn't give you access to the classes yet. When the school approves it, you are placed in the batch you chose. See Paying by bank transfer and payment statuses.
Your place in a batch
What each status means
- EnrolledYou are in the batch. The programme and its class calendar appear under Live Zoom classes and you can join its classes.
- CompletedYour place is marked as finished. It still counts as a taken seat, but the programme no longer appears under Live Zoom classes; a batch certificate, if earned, is under My certificates.
- DroppedYou were removed from the batch (for example after a refund or at your request). The classes are no longer available to you.
One batch per programme, and switching
You can be in only one batch of a programme at a time. If you buy a different batch of the same programme, you are moved to the new batch. To change batch without paying again, contact the school.
Waiting lists and join requests
There is no waiting list and no way to request a place in a full or closed batch. Choose another batch of the same programme, check back later in case it reopens, or contact the school.

FAQ
The batch filled up while my bank transfer was being checked. Do I lose my seat?
No. When your payment is approved you are placed in the batch you paid for.
Can I reserve a seat without paying?
No. Paid batches give the seat only when the payment is confirmed or approved.
The batch says Not launched. When will it open?
The organisers open it when they are ready. Check the programme page again later or ask the school.
Can I be in two batches of the same programme?
No, one at a time. Buying another batch moves you.
