The Account & security page of the campus portal: the login email and how to change it, changing the campus password, recent sign-ins, and signing out every other device.

The campus portal has one login per campus. Account & security (the account menu at the top right → Account & security, or /campus/account) is where you look after that login: who it belongs to, its password and the devices signed in to it. It stays open while a campus is suspended, because these are security actions on the login, not changes to campus records.

FAQ

Can each of our staff have their own login?

Not yet: a campus has one login. Share it only with the people who run the portal for your campus; everything done in the portal is recorded as done by the campus.

Our campus is suspended. Can we still change the password?

Yes. Account & security stays open while a campus is suspended.

NSDP reset our password. What happens?

Every device is signed out and a set-password link is emailed to the login email. Use it to choose a new password.
