An approved on-site course comes with its first batch. To run it again (a new group of students on new dates) add another batch, also called an intake. The course content, price and weekly plan stay exactly as NSDP approved them, so nothing goes back to review: your campus only chooses the dates, the class days and times, the venue, the seats and when students can register.
The five steps
Step 1: Course
Choose the approved on-site course this batch is of. A course still in review, returned, or held at another campus is not listed.
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Venue & seats
Prefilled from the course and your campus's seats per batch. Change the room, lab or hall, and lower the seats if the room is smaller.
Step 3: Schedule
The start date and, if this intake differs from the course, the class days and times. A live timetable shows the classes the plan produces and the last day.
Step 4: Registration
Open registration now (on by default) lets students take a seat as soon as the batch is added; switch it off to open it later from the batch. Choose the late-admission days, or set a Custom registration deadline.
Step 5: Review
Check everything and choose Check and add the batch. The batch opens in its workspace on Batches.
When registration closes
| Setting | Registration closes |
|---|---|
| Late admission: none (default) | When the batch starts |
| Late admission: 1–14 days | That many days after the start, so late joiners can still take a seat |
| Custom registration deadline | On the date and time you set (in the future, and before the batch ends) |
| Any of the above | Earlier, if every seat is taken; you can also close it by hand from the batch |
Changing or deleting an intake
- Edit batch changes the venue, seats and admission window at any time while the batch runs.
- The start date, class days and times of an intake you added can change until it starts. After that, move single classes with Change on the class.
- An intake nobody has registered in can be deleted; its classes go with it. Once a student holds a seat it can no longer be deleted.
- The course's first batch follows the course plan; the teacher and NSDP set its dates.

FAQ
Can a new batch have a different teacher?
No. A batch belongs to its course, and the course to its teacher. For another teacher, create a new on-site course with them.
Can a new batch have a different price?
No. The price is part of the approved course. Ask NSDP if it should change.
Our course is not in the list.
Only approved, published on-site courses of your own campus are listed. Check its review state under On-site courses.
