Students rate an on-campus class once its batch is over. NSDP checks each review and publishes it on the NSDP website; the reviews of classes held at your campus count towards your campus's rating and come back to your Reviews page.
Where your campus rating comes from
- Students don't rate a campus directly. They rate the class; reviews of classes held at your campus roll up to the campus.
- Students of on-campus classes can also rate Facilities, which shows only for on-campus classes.
- Recorded courses attached to your campus are not part of this page.

Replying to a review
Step 2: Write your public reply
Thank the student, answer their point, say what you will improve. 10 to 1000 characters.
Step 3: Send reply
It shows as Waiting for NSDP's check until NSDP decides.
Your reply's status
- Waiting for NSDP's checkSent. Students don't see it yet.
- PublishedShown under the review on the NSDP website and in the student's My reviews.
- Not publishedNSDP did not publish it. You may rewrite it once with Rewrite reply.
Reporting a review
Press Report review, choose a reason (Abusive or offensive, Spam or advertising, Not about this course, Shares personal information, Fake or not a real student, Something else), add an optional Note for NSDP of up to 300 characters and Send report. NSDP's team looks at it; the review then shows Reported. Reporting doesn't hide the review by itself.
What you can't do
- Edit or delete a student's review. Only the student can change it (once), and only NSDP removes reviews.
- Reply to or report reviews of classes that aren't held at your campus.
While the campus is suspended
You can still read every figure and review, but Reply and Report review are not available until the campus is active again.
When the figures change
Figures come from the NSDP website through a short cache, so a newly published review shows within about five minutes. Your own reply or report shows straight away. If the website can't be reached the page says Ratings are unavailable right now. with a retry.
FAQ
Why do we have no reviews?
Students rate a class once its batch is over, and a review shows only after NSDP publishes it.
A review is unfair. Can we remove it?
No. Reply calmly with your side, and report it if it breaks the rules. NSDP decides.
