A live programme is taught on a timetable by a teacher. Each programme can have several batches (cohorts): groups that start on different dates. A batch is either online (you join a video class) or in person at a campus (you attend on site).

Joining a batch, step by step

  1. Step 1: Browse live programmes

Open the live sessions page on the school website.

Sign in to open this screen
  2. Step 2: Open a programme

Read the overview, Available batches (start date, duration, medium and Seats), and the Live curriculum schedule.

  3. Step 3: Choose Enroll now

Checkout opens. If the programme has more than one batch, pick yours under Select batch / cohort; otherwise you're placed in its batch.

  4. Step 4: Pay or confirm

Free batches enrol you straight away with Access free. For paid batches see Paying for a course or batch.

    Read the guide
  5. Step 5: Find it on your dashboard

An online programme and its class calendar appear under Live Zoom classes in your menu; a course held at a campus appears under On-campus classes.

Registration openYes, while seats remain and before any closing date.
Registration closedNo. Closed by the organisers, all seats taken, or the closing date passed.

Seats, closing, and what happens while a payment is checked are explained in Your batch registration and what each status means.

Seats and waiting lists

  • Seats are limited. If the last seat goes while you are checking out, you see This batch is full. and aren't charged.
  • A batch that fills up stays closed even if someone later drops out, unless it is reopened.
  • There is no waiting list. Check back later or choose another batch.

Switching to another batch

You are in one batch of a programme at a time. Buying a different batch of the same programme moves you there. To switch without paying again, ask the school.

FAQ

How do I know which batch I'm in?

The class's page shows your batch under Your batch; your classes are the ones you can join.

Can I join a batch that has already started?

Yes, if it is still taking registrations. Classes you missed count in the attendance total, which matters for a certificate.

The programme page doesn't show seats.

Seats are only shown when the batch has a limit.
